The fine print.

These terms are a contract between you and Beach Bike LLC, doing business as Swell Bike Co., 239 Main St. Suite B, Destin, FL 32541 ("Swell Bike Co.", "we"). By using swellbike.com or placing an order you agree to them, together with our Shipping, Return, Warranty, and Privacy policies, which are part of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation, and we may decline or cancel an order for any lawful reason — for example, a pricing or stock error, suspected fraud, or a shipping address we cannot serve. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.

Prices, taxes, and shipping are shown in U.S. dollars and are confirmed at checkout. Tax is calculated from your shipping address. Shipping is the live carrier rate you select. The totals on your confirmation page are the authoritative amounts charged.

Payment is taken by card through Stripe when you place the order. If the payment step is not completed, the order is held and not shipped; you can complete payment from your order-tracking link or we will contact you. We do not store card numbers.

Wholesale and fleet orders are quoted separately and may be paid by invoice under the terms stated on the quote.

Delivery, risk of loss, and transit damage are covered by the Shipping Policy. Returns, exchanges and refunds are set out in the Return Policy. Defects are covered by the Limited Warranty. Those three pages control if anything here appears to conflict with them.

• You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to place an order.
• Provide accurate contact and delivery details; we are not responsible for deliveries to an address you entered incorrectly.
• Complete the out-of-box setup steps in the shipping guide and check that brakes, wheels, and bars are secure before riding. Wear a helmet and follow local traffic laws. Bicycles carry inherent risk; ride within your ability.
• Do not use the site to send spam, probe our systems, scrape content, or infringe anyone’s rights.

We try to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours vary by screen and small specification changes happen between production runs. If a difference matters to you, please ask before ordering; returns are covered by the Return Policy.

The Swell Bike Co. name, logo, photography, and site content belong to us or our licensors. You may share links and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes; anything else needs our written permission.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY STATED IN THE LIMITED WARRANTY, THE SITE AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND WE DISCLAIM ALL OTHER WARRANTIES TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO AN ORDER IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THAT ORDER, AND WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
